Here at the Cookery Cottage, birthday parties are all about fun. When the kids arrive, we go over a few basic health rules and from them on it’s all fun! Parties are held on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Capacity: 10min-40max. A non-refundable deposit of €30 is required to secure the space.

Saturday: 10am-12pm, 1pm -3pm or 4pm-6pm

Sunday: 12pm-2pm or 3pm-5pm

We have further developed our outside seating arrangements over lockdown, with new seating pods and a decorative setting which has created a pleasant area for the parents to sit and relax during the party. We believe that this new feature will be a great addition to the cottage. Unfortunately, parents cannot join the class due to health and safety and limited space; the staff are well-trained to teach and manage the party. We do understand that if a child is nervous, shy etc., then a parent can sit with them. Complementary teas and coffees are provided for the parents but are only to be drunk while sitting in the outside area for the parents.

No walking around with any hot drinks is permitted. No outside food is allowed; we will give the parents any leftover pizza (1,6, 7, 12, 13), and cupcakes (1,3,7).

Option 1: Pizza and Cupcakes – Kids aged 4 – 13 years

Kids learn how to make the basic pizza (1,6,7,12,13), cupcakes (1,3,7,12), dough balls (1,6,12,13) & icing.

Homemade pizza (1,6,7,12,13) made from scratch, homemade pizza sauce and dough balls (1,6,12,13),

Cupcakes (1,3,7,12) with icings and lots of toppings for the children to decorate their cakes with.

Birthday cake (1,3,7,12) -birthday boy/girl decorates their birthday cake themselves.

Drinks, cake & candles, invites (optional) & party bags (to bring home uneaten cupcakes) are provided.

Plus they get to eat every thing they make

Option 2: Afternoon Tea – Kids aged 4-13 years

Afternoon Tea Party:  Fresh baked Scones (1,3,7,12), Chocolate Chip Cookies (1,3,6,7,12) and cupcakes (1,3,7,12).

Cake & candles, Drinks, party bags to bring home any uneaten cupcakes, cookies and scones, and invites (optional) are included.

Please be aware we do try to cater to all dietary needs, but children with severe allergies should not attend the cookery cottage as we can not assure nut free, or flour free…please call for more info.
